We found it to be comfortable and well-appointed, with a delicious breakfast menu. The owners, Mary and Phillip, couldn't have been more accommodating ... they even drove us to the train station when we left. The location is excellent, and we enjoyed the walk along the seaside promenade to restaurants for dinner so lovely ... a highlight of our stay in Ireland.

  Excellent service, really nicely decorated all over. Great to have tea and coffee facilities in the room, the biscuits are a welcome added touch. Thanks for a lovely stay. - We were only there for 1 night but we were warmly welcomed and found the room and bathroom spotlessly clean.Breakfast was excellent and staff very helpful.
