great value for money if bought well in advance reasonable position to entertainment centre, its basic + hotel very clean , staff friendly, my room was over a major road , but never heard traffic , breakfast @ 4.95 was continental style but eat as much as you like , and special snack deal was good valye sandwich snack dink & fruit @3.95.

Comfortable, well presented, good food, pleasant and helpful staff, very convenient location. Were able to drop our bags off early which was very useful. - Very comfortable rooms, well decorated. Excellent location of hotel for arena, shopping centre etc.

Excellent value for money. (An added bonus was its location alongside the grammar school I attended 1943-48 which I hadn't seen since then!) - We were attending a local wedding and all the staff were very helpful providing directions and information regarding the venue.

The people were so friendly, even gave us time to have a lay in haha. They were considerate and asked myself and my boyfriend if we had a nice night when we went out. There was a problem with the heater in my room but within a few minute of me having reported it to reception a portable heater was provided.The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Excellent service by the hotel staff. They were all very friendly and attentive. The hotel is the city centre so an excellent location. The room was nicely decorated with a flat screen tv and free wireless internet. - The room was excellent value for money, very spacious and the bed was very comfortable

Excellent little traditional Inn, with ultra-friendly staff with eight real Ales on tap, four of which are brewed in the micro-brewery downstairs. The staff were really helpful at all times, and on one occasion when I had a problem (completely unrelated to the hotel) they went out of their way to help me sort it out. the ease of how we booked and felt safe to just turn up and get a service which we trusted.
when we arrived we felt @ home in our stay.
it was a short vacation in between properties of buying a new dream home.
we will now have long memory's from our stay.

The staff were absolutely great - so friendly, helpful and welcoming. We stayed due to my partners birthday and were quite hungover when we arrived so went straight off to the pool which was lovely - really relaxing. We were in a hurry when we arrived as we were en route to a funeral. We were able to go into our room at 12.30 and sandwiches were brought promptly when ordered.
