Was a bit wary given the bad reviews, but this was a fantastic experience. Lovely old castle with modern facilities, friendly staff, peaceful location with large grounds, huge beds, superb breakfast, and the gym and pool facilities were top class. Great value for money. - Attended a birthday party at a function suite close to Ardo House

Magician performed during dinner, kept the kids amused! Liked having two rooms with interconnecting doors. Staff very friendly. - This Hotel was lovely.The staff were very friendly and helpful.Recommended.

I liked everything about the hotel. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, nothing is too much bother. The rooms are comfortable and clean as is the beds. There is plenty of choice for breakfast and it is nicely laid out and the food is cooked well. I have stayed 3 times at the Hilton Garden Inn Aberdeen and will return again and again. Tha

Adjustable mattress beds, air conditioning, non slip floor in bathroom, sprinkler system, large walk in shower with controls easily accessible and not beside rain shower head. Staff friendly and professional. Late check out not a problem. Money off breakfast voucher.

The hotel staff were very pleasant, helpful and efficient. The decor was impressive and very interesting. The room was lovely, modern, clean and well presented. Reception staff were very helpful and lovely, easy to get on with. Room was beautiful, very nice decor. Bathroom was spotless, facilities in room were superb! Bed was a good size with comfortable bedding, television was perfect location. Lighting was optional! Fast free wifi service was a boost. Hotel as a whole was absolutely stunning. Overall excellent service and stay! Will defs be staying again.

Staff were professional, very friendly. Room was lovely and clean, comfortable bed, nice bathroom with Molton Brown toiletries. Well equipped with iron, hair dryer, refreshment tray, flat screen tv, free wi fi. Would return to this hotel. -

The room was pure luxury. The bath, double shower and all extras ie massage oil, bath oil, candles made for a very relaxing evening. Breakfast was perfect, very filling and the staff met our every needs.
We would definitely stay again. A special treat for a special occasion.

The appartment was huge compared with the typical B&B of Scotland, has a completed kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge... As the breakfast was included on the price, the owners let us eggs, milk, toast and juice in the fridge so we colud enjoy them in the morning
