  Was a bit wary given the bad reviews, but this was a fantastic experience. Lovely old castle with modern facilities, friendly staff, peaceful location with large grounds, huge beds, superb breakfast, and the gym and pool facilities were top class. Great value for money. - Attended a birthday party at a function suite close to Ardo House

  arrived shortly after 2pm on the Friday, swiftly checked in by the friendly receptionist, we payed on arrival and were quickly given our key cards told of all the facilities within the hotel. Even though it was busy with the windows and curtains closed we couldn't hear a thing and both slept great on the big comfy beds. Room a - The park inn is modern and very well done I.e décor and layout, being a smoker I liked the section of outdoors within the building which is a great idea saving you from standing out the front. Its in a good position for shopping etc. breakfast was inc and was of fair to good quality, however some items did lack flavour. All staff were very polite.

  Thank you for the complimentary upgrade to Platinum. A little noisy this trip with bmx next door but they stopped at nine. Had stayed at many hotels with no lift so my mother in law was pleased to have one at your hotel. Had a nice meal with friends downstairs. The bath, double shower and all extras ie massage oil, bath oil, candles made for a very relaxing evening. Breakfast was perfect, very filling and the staff met our every needs.
