A classic hotel, which I've used twice before, in 1995 & 2005, before its recent refurbishment. It's now three times the price, but the grandeur is no longer faded, it's now a true 5-star place. And I'm delighted to say that the refurb hasn't spoilt its character at all, as this is a hotel with more character and history than most! Staff were great, we got a room upgrade, and an extra hour extended checkout wasn't a problem. If we return to Istanbul, it'll be the Pera Palas for us!

Truly relaxing environment in a quiet clean town,location is perfect,as for the staff,not enough words to describe my warm feelings towards each and everyone,friendly,professional,courteous,always doing that extra touch to help,spa and gym simply great,equipment and staff,gourmet cuisine,first time I shake hands with everyone on front desk reception and concierge at departure,will definitely repeat it...so much more to say and tell

We had a lovely stay at the Hyatt. The hotel itself was beautiful and the service impeccable. The rooms were very nice with everything you would need in a room. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The concierge staff were amazing, any request was done without hesitation. Would definitely go back there .

Everything. Hotel is amazing and brand new. Definitely it is firm 5 star hotel. I don't know what to name first design, comfort, location or quality of service everything is excellent. Staff is very kind and helpful. It was my first time in Istanbul and they completely helped me to orginize my time there. Highly recommend. -

servizio, location - I'm very grateful for Mme Elif, she was very proffesional in handling a passport-related situation. The concierge, both Mr Alp and Mr Jim were extremly helpful in providing plans and maps regarding the best in istanbul. Also thankful for Miss Bashak in reception for the upgrades. - location, service, design etc . . .

The room was excellent, spacious, clean and very comforting. Staff were friendly and most of all the receptionist Sertac who was extremely friendly and helpful and would go the extra mile to help the guests, I believe all receptionists should be like him. the gardens, sports courts, playgrounds, swimming pools, all were great.

We had the most beautiful 2 days staying at the Bertiz Hotel on the very pretty island of Bozcaarda, Turkey. We needed some time out from busy Istanbul and contemplative Gallipoli and we certainly hit the jackpot with Bertiz owned by the very capable Kemal. We enjoyed every moment of it starting with our gorgeous room overlooking the infinity pool
