at Karaca again when i go to Izmir. I would like to thank all the staff for being so helpful and going out of their way to make my stay a very comfor - the location is marbelous! Close to everything, the bazar,the coast,shops, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. they didnt send the van to pick us up at the airport ,but the cost of the taxi was reinbersed.Also they gave us a smoking room against our solicitacion.Then we were moved to an upgraded non smoking room . They make mistakes but they have the will to fix them inmediately

The hotel people are kind to share things if u need or unexpected. the staying is much good than other hotels when travel in other cities at tu - The staff was very friendly and helpful, though not everyone could speak English. Good for travellers from Germany, one of the staff members speaks German and did some phone calls for us. We were not satisfied with our room after the first night because of noise but it was no problem to change to another room. The 2nd room was fine, we did sleep well. The two rooms looked fine, walls, floor, furniture and bathroom were all in very good condition.
