I wish to thank Dinis in the reception and Yasmin in the restaurant for thier professionalism in performing their duty.   We really enjoyed our trip to Zonguldak and the stay at Dedemen. The city itself is truly at a beautiful location, but the constant smell of coal in the air is a little disturbing. Even so, we enjoyed the spa and amenities and the friendliness of the staff. We figured the hotel itself might be a popular hang-out for upper-class Zonguldak reside... cosa dice la gente » nts, as it seemed the hotel was much busier in the evenings with live music and in the mornings for brunch. - We stayed one night but it was wonderful, the kids and we loved the Turkish bath and the indoor pool and Jacuzzi... and the sea view is wonderful... :-) and of course the Mall is so near for shopping...

  One of the best hotels i stayed in. In terms of Location; view, facility, food, staff support. this is a must visit hotel in a nice city. - Very good food and so many things for children to enjoy
