  Communications with site management throughout the booking process were crisp and complete and when we arrived in Istanbul, the management team text'ed after our landing asking if we needed anything and that they would expect us shortly, giving us their cell number in case we had any questions. Running all the day to visit the city , for tourism or business, the return to the apartment (more space, balcony, lovely view of Istanbul) give a great time to end the day.
