  Recently refurbished hotel, looks very nice nice, lobby impressive, our room was clean and modern, very good bathroom. Location good for sightseeing and not far from the town centre(10min by bus).Food was ok for a 4 star hotel.. Staff very friendly and helpful, the animation team were fun :-).   Luxury doesn't begin to describe it. We were greeted with a reception drink (non-alcoholic fruit drink of some kind) and the staff was professional and courteous beyond belief. Because we let them know it was our honeymoon, and it happened to be off-season, they upgraded us to the top-floor corner room for the price of the standard double. This hotel - I liked almost everything in this nice hotel! The staff is very good, specially one young lady who was very polite and kind with us, she works at the reception and her name is Burchin hanum! I wish everyone would be so professional as she is!!

  The food was great..my kid loved the water slides and indoor pool. Massage was very good. Totally clean and nice. Front desk was very helpful with changing room and providing help. - The staff worked incredibly hard to make our holiday perfect for us. The entertainment team was amazing and the food in the restaurants was great.
