Cosy hotel with super friendly personal. Very helpful and really professional. We had a street view 403. Although the streets were very busy and noisy, you could close the windows and it was very quiet. Cenrally located, walking distance from the port and lots of restaurants. I likes the clean bathrooms and toilets, sheets and the friendly staff who went out of their way to make us happy and comfortable. Especially Memet, Nayeeb and all the other reception and even security people who were always smily and friendly.

I had a delightful surprise staying at the Taksim Star; very impressed by the room, soft yet crisp sheets; the bathroom was really clean, too!! The entire room was designed remarkably, very stylish and ingenious use of space. Very helpful, friendly and courteous staffs, and the location could not be better, near everything. -

This is the friendliest hotel I ever stayed and its not surprise that guests return year after year. holidayed here for 5 days 29 April-3 May 2013 with my wife and 7 years son,and I can honestly say it is one best places I have ever stayed. The hotel is beautifully designed, very class with baroque-style furnishings which I love. The rooms were comfortable and the AC worked great! It's also in a great location - just a short walk from Taksim Square. The best part of the hotel was the staff - they literally ran through tear gas with us to help us make our way to a shuttle for an early morning flight. Beyond these mild heroics, they also were very valuable in helping us navigate the city, make plans, and were responsive to any room-related requests we had.

Konak is within a short walk of the Istanbul Congress Centre as well as the subway, tram and Taksim Square. The staff were really helpful and there was usually someone around speaking English. Good breakfast and reasonable restaurant. Very nice bathrooms.

We had our trip since 17 till 22 of april. The location is so close to
the tram station, amazing view from the terrace, neither noise nor quite
place - perfect place, stuff is polite and helpful, if you travel on

The rooms at Tophane Aparts, are excellent and definitely above other hotels in the same price range. The staff were very accomodating, allowing us to check in early after a long flight from SA. Don't be put off by the buildings in the area, the hotel was the best we stayed in, throughout our trip to Turkey. -

Very good apartments. Clean rooms with new furniture: beds for adults and a child, wardrobe, table, chairs, etc. Kitchen corner, frige, gas cooker, cups, plates, and utensils.The apartmants are in the old part of Istanbul, 20-25 min walk to Hagia Sophia. 5 min to the sea embankment, a fish market and fish restaurants. Frendly personnel fluent in English and Russian (special thanks to Yildiz!).
Very well for family tourism.

Me and my husband had an absolutely fantastic treat from the time we got to the hotel to the time we took off again. The atmosphere was super nice, quiet and comfortable and we felt at home from the very 1st second we entered the door where Emir welcomed us.
