Receptionists are polite,smart and intelligent so the first impression is positive! As I arrived evening I was offered dinner which was really delicious! But in the streets, shops, taxi it was terrible. I simply had to use gestures to ask something. 3) It seemed to me that the locals don't know anything. When I asked something in the street, I rarely got an answer. Once, I needed to go to the bank
