3 min. walk from main bus station. Best possible staff - found to be very proffesional, useful and halping. Hotel is new, clean and withing a walking distance from 7/11 :-). -
Was only a one night stop-over before catching the ferry to PP next morning and served us perfectly well - even included breakfast too. Room was basic but comfy and clean.

Very friendly accomodating staff. I needed to arrange for a ferry out the next morning & mentioned it to them in an email & when I arrived they had it all arranged for me. Also I arrived early in the day - they held my bag for me till my room was ready and gave me a map and a quick run down on what there was to see & do in the area.

We really liked the character and style of accomadation. There has been a recent renovation and this was visabe. We stayed in te royal phuket a year ago for slightly less however memory on on was much better. The location allowed us to walk to the Sunday market and the reception arranged our ferry to Koh Lanta. We are not big lovers of phuket town

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous! The decor was incredible, it made me feel like I was in a b & b in Europe. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in booking buses etc. The location was ideal right in the middle of the old town! Overall, I believe this was the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

We are stayed in Sala Pool Room 3008 in 21 Sept to 23 Sept during my birthday period; we loved our seaview room very much. The resort are accerate what you see in the wesite. Everythings in our rooms is perfect. Althrough it has been told i will receive a choc cake but end up it doesn't arrive we still happy because all staffs in hotel are very friendly. The spa services are excellent; the resort pool are very good to enjoy sunset there so dun be missed. We will definiately come back next time

Staff is really helpful when booking tours etc. You get 50% discount off the spa next door which was really good. Beds were massive and comfy. Nice shower and big rooms. Hotel is really good but the location and food let it down.

The hotel is well located on a small island off Phuket main. The staff is very friendly and helpful (special thank to Joy who helped us for a special request). The facilities are great, both for adults (private swimming pool) and for children (slides). The food is very good, both at the italian/western restaurant and at the Thai restaurant. handy place to stay to get the ferry to phi phi. Not too expensive - obviously not what you'd get for the same price in bangkok. Simple and clean. Various restaurants nearby to eat out. Did the job. -

Guesthouse is good.
We got an email 2 days before arrival asking if we would arrive after 9pm, as the reception usually closes at this hour.
In our case this was excellent, as we arrived with the last plane. So we called them and they had a person waiting for us until we came (after midnight). --> very nice -
