  It was one of my best trip/vacation so far. Hotel is located almost in a single island, peaceful and quite, perfect for relaxing. Beach was ok, the endless pools are beautiful, but consider we booked the pool access room, public pools doesn't mean much for us. Highly suggested pool access room! Althrough it has been told i will receive a choc cake but end up it doesn't arrive we still happy because all staffs in hotel are very friendly. The spa services are excellent; the resort pool are very good to enjoy sunset there so dun be missed. We will definiately come back next time

  Very friendly and helpful staff; pick-up service from the airport in a comfortable car with a very nice driver (at a reasonable extra cost); nice and clean room; best breakfast we had in Thailand (with REAL coffee!   The design was very nice. Price was very low, compared to the location and facilities. Very friendly and funny staff. In the middle of old town Phuket, so excellent for exploring this not so touristic part of Phuket.   So my first stay in Phuket was at this hotel, which I decided to go for 3 nights to allow enough time to see the local area and take trips to Phuket town. The first aspect I'd like to credit are the AMAZING staff, which they spoke very good english and were very helpful in letting me get a better idea of the area but also are generally very nice p... cosa dice la gente » eople to talk to. The hotel is also just a few minutes walk from 2 massive shopping malls (Lotus and Central festival) which host regular events for l - The staff were great could not fault them at all made me feel very welcome when they found out the reason i was staying there (my wife was in hospital across the road) they asked every day how she was and when i checked out my wife was in the taxi and they came down to see her and wish her well what a great staff they have there.

Clean and comfortable. Their service was really fast. The view was amazing during the day. - The hotel is well located on a small island off Phuket main. The food is very good, both at the italian/western restaurant and at the Thai restaurant. They have a kids menu available with many choices.
