  Excellent hotel from A-Z. As a frequent traveler i don't get overexcited easily, but this hotel really deserves the max points. If you have the chance, take the suite having two balconies with direct view of the Matterhorn - awesome and worth every single buck.   Good location (5 mins walk), after exit Zermatt train station we can see Germat... station, just asked where is MacDonald or walk award to the right. Zermatt is a beautiful town with the traditional Swiss wooden houses style and around with mountains.  Love coming back - The hotel is located very close to the train station and it is possible to walk to the hotel, even with luggage. The rooms are spacious enough and nicely decorated with a huge balcony and flat screen tv. Coffee and tea making facilities are included. The private bathrooms have both bath and shower. Breakfast is standard and sufficient and the hotel staff is friendly and professional. The hotel deserves more that its three stars
