A courtesy car was waiting for us at the train station. The staff
greeted us with a glass of wine of our choice as we arrived. Our room
was amazing with a great balcony. Breakfast was the best we had in all
the hotels we were in on our Swiss trip. Staff is extremely friendly and

Excellent hotel from A-Z. As a frequent traveler i don't get overexcited easily, but this hotel really deserves the max points. If you have the chance, take the suite having two balconies with direct view of the Matterhorn - awesome and worth every single buck. Most amazing for Switzerland: Even the staff is super friendly and helpful! -

We loved the hotel and the location. The staff was very friendly and unquestionably efficient. The spa was first rate with an amazing pool, Jacuzzi and a northern style sauna. We thoroughly enjoyed this aspect. We made full use of the kitchen facility since we were a couple with 6 (hungry!)college age kids. We cooked all of our meals in the kitchen. I was lucky, upgraded to the suite. Very comfortable beds, well appointed bathroom and a view of the Matterhorn. The hotel was comfortable and beautifully decorated like a game lodge. The meals were great. Free pick up from the train station, and return. -

The rooms were spacious by Swiss standards. We were able to fit a cot
for three kids in one "double" room. The staff was very
friendly and helpful. The breakfast was quite good and everyone
including our picky eater was happy with the choices. It's on a
quieter side street but still close to lifts, apreski, restaurants
and shopping.
