  The location is amazing. Perfect for surfers and people who love the beach as you can be on it within about 3 minutes of leaving your room. We stayed in a Duplex which was perfect for our family. The children slept on the sofa bed downstairs and we had a huge bed upstairs with great views and a balcony (only it was too cold to go out much). The swimming pool was not open but it was being developed and looked like it would be really good - El Caserio has a very friendly and relaxing atmosphere. Nothing is too much trouble, all the staff are well trained and chatty. It's also in a superb location at the top of some steps leading down to Los Locos beach and only a short distance to the larger Concha beach. It's about 1/2 mile to a mile to walk to the cafes and restaurants at Suances beach in the evening, but we enjoyed the walk, as everyone goes for a stroll from 9pm onwards.

  Welcome from owners outstanding and they are extremely helpful. The hotel is pet friendly and all the extra's i.e wifi in in room free , satalite tv, all at a budjet price. Very good breakfast supplied. This is the third time we have stayed and will stay again.   Staff friendly. We could have breakfast about 12am. And windows are isolated, so we slept very well. - Good value for money. Very clean and comfortable. Ideally situated for coast and country.
