  Welcome from owners outstanding and they are extremely helpful. The hotel is pet friendly and all the extra's i.e wifi in in room free , satalite tv, all at a budjet price. Very good breakfast supplied. This is the third time we have stayed and will stay again.   Magnificent location, staff very helpful. We have stayed twice now and have had very good rooms overlooking the bay complete with their own seperate sitting area. Takes dogs, parking good but during the season may be very busy during the day. Surfers breakfast very good value.   The outdoor area overlooking the pool was great to relax on and th studio had very clean facilities. The pool was cleaned every day. - The receptionist at the hotel where we got our keys was very friendly and although she did not have a great deal of English she was helpful whenever we required help.
