We arrived on Friday late night (around 1:30 am) , the owner was waited for us and make us feel like pleasure and convenience. The suite room we got was beautiful with great view and huge space.
During our all staying Miriam from the reception helped with very useful recommendations and great tips for places to visit and restaurants to eat.

The room was really spacious with a lovely view of the town and countryside. The lady on recpetion was wonderful. The whole place smelled great and there was a lovely communal sitting room. It was a great place for us to spend our first anniversary. Although we only stayed one night, it's in a great location for Bilboa airport and you could easily do a day trip to San Sebastian or into other countryside areas. We just found it really relaxing and a nice welcoming place to stay.

Setting of hotel breath taking. Design of hotel traditional but in first class order. Room very comfortable with modern fittings. The invitation to make ourselves feel at home! The staff were so helpful, the stylish hotel was very comfortable and spacious and the outside views were spectacular.
We even had a picnic one evening which we bought from the hotel vending machine and washed it down with the wine we had left from the previous evening's meal!! Perfect chill out place

This is my second time at the hotel and the owners were so lovely! I am vegetarian and they took care to prepare me special delicous vegetarian meals everyday! Kepa also showed me the vegetable patch this time. We were also invited to watch as he trimmed the sheep's coats!! The couple are really warm and welcoming.
As always, the place is beautiful, a real gem :) Also renovations have been done so its bigger and nicer.

We really enjoyed our stay. The owner was very friendly and helpful (and
spoke excellent English). The room was so homey-it was nice to go out in
the rain and go "home" to a warm and comfortable room. The
heaters worked quickly and the room was large and clean. The breakfast
in the morning was good-tea/coffee and an assortment of bread
products (and fruit and yogurt, if desired). We wish we had more time to
explore Bilbao and stay in this comfortable hotel. We found it to be

It was next to the old town which was within 10mins walk of the hotel (although up a hill on the way home). We felt the old town had a lovely buzz in the evening, very Spanish and not many tourists.
The hotel was very clean, and paying 50 euros a night made the hotel extremely good value for money.

This was a stop for convenience for us before getting the ferry early
next day. It was easy to find and park and easy to get to the port in 30
minutes. The parking was secure and the room large and comfortable
though a bit impersonal. Due to time restrictions we ate at the hotel
which was fine.....not outstanding but quite good and suited us for the
last night in Spain.

A great little Hotel right on the beach and with a well kept 2 mile
long promanade overlooking the beach and across the water to the port
area of Bilbao.
Good room with a sea view and balcony but a little hiccup one day over cleaning the room with dirty/ wet towels not changed but very soon sorted out with a word at reception.

Fabulous location in front of beach, nicely renovated hotel with nice clean rooms, big bed, and lovely new bathrooms. What it lacks in extras, it makes up for in being clean, modern, offering a good breakfast, and a great spot in front of the beach. Parking off-season is free & easy on road running parallel to beach.

La posizione - The location is very good, the bathroom is very spacious, the AC worked perfectly. Also the self-catering option was blessing as eating out all the time is not that easy with a 3 month old baby. - Practically everything : close to shops, museum, metro, quiet distict, well equipped, large bathroom, kitchen facilities.
