Everything ! We had our best time in this hotel during our trip in Spain. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful, they are the nicest people we ever met. Also must try to have dinner at their restaurant , excellent food and the breakfast is good too. The house is nicely design and we'll maintained, very comfort bed and cool bathroom.The loc

The owners were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They
recommended an area for tea (Haro) where we enjoyed fabulous tapas.
Breakfast was fantastic with scrambled eggs and pancetta freshly made
for us. We liked the style of the accommodation and it was obvious the
owners have put a lot of time and effort into making the residence as
beautiful as it is. We would visit again and recommend this place to
friends and family. The restaurant was closed on the night we stayed so

great staff, very attentive and interested in their clients. Fantastic conversion of a very old country house, great design and very minimalist rooms and breakout/chillout areas. This hotel is very handy for Santander! It has been tastefully renovated in a modern style. The facilities in the hotel are excellent. There is a good restaurant next door which unfortunately is only open on Saturday night and Sunday afternoon. We like the fact that it is pet friendly, which is unusual in a hotel of this quality.

Outstanding service from the staff. The hotel is very clean and apparently recently renovated. We requested a handicapped room for my dad once we arrived and the staff kindly accepted our last-minute request. First, we were greeted with the most warm welcome. The front desk staff are very helpful and eager to please. The room was large but the bathroom was on the small side. The room they allocated us had two twin beds that was a little too soft for our liking. They moved us to a room with a King bed that was really nice and comfy. Location is good for exploring the wine region.

The Rioja region is very nice, view on mountains around. The hotel is very good, modern, rooms nicely decorated and large. You can taste wine at the cellar at 7pm and 11am. The breakfast is very good and varied. The staff is very nice. - Huge room-Superb- staff excellent - tour of winery/tasting very interesting

Brinas is a very pretty historic village in Rioja and I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely hotel, decorated with murals and antique funiture, to anyone looking for somewhere unique to stay. (once a Palace the property was used as Headquarter of the Italian Troops during the Spanish Civil War.) The staff are very helpful (coming out to our car with an umbella as we arrived during an unbelievable summer storm!!) This was our second visit to this hotel and we were not disappointed.

Lovely location right next to the Catheral in the old town. Hotel was a typical parador - a beautiful old building lovely turned into a hotel. We ate in the restaurant and it was excellent - I highly recommend the foie gras and the duck! -
