Situated in excellent location for visiting northern Rioja on the edge of a small working village. Easy free parking. Small period building with plenty of charm situated on the edge of the village with wonderful views over the vineyards. Comfortable and clean. Owner very charming and helpful, though beware latest check-in time is 2000hrs. We were late arriving from Santander and the ferry, but the owner had waited for us. If you arrive after he has left, there is a number to ring on a notice attached to the main door. There is no restaurant, but the owner recommended a reasonable establishment in the town

Everything ! We had our best time in this hotel during our trip in Spain. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful, they are the nicest people we ever met. The owners were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They
recommended an area for tea (Haro) where we enjoyed fabulous tapas.
Breakfast was fantastic with scrambled eggs and pancetta freshly made
for us. We liked the style of the accommodation and it was obvious the
owners have put a lot of time and effort into making the residence as
beautiful as it is. We would visit again and recommend this place to

Loved the staff, the decore of the rooms was in keeping with the region. We loved it so much we took photos of it. The hotel and staff were friendly and would do anything for us. -

I can think of few hotels that would qualify as both 'budget' and 'luxury':gourmet breakfast and dinner, cozy parlors to relax all afternoon long, at a very economical price. Rooms tastefully decorated, with locally made quilts and other crafts to creat a cozy welcoming atmosphere. But if you are looking for spas & business centers, this isn't for you.

We loved the journey up from Logrono through the canyon with the eagles soaring above. When we arrived we were given a warm welcome and complimentary paella. Daniel and Caroline are excellent hosts. Good mountain walks and dinosaur footprints to see! 30 minutes to La Rjoca for wine tasting.
