  Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating to every question and request. The breakfast spread was absolutely amazing -- plenty to eat and drink before a day on the slopes. All were excellent and we could easily have stayed for longer. The new part is very modern yet very relaxing and peaceful but when you go to the restaurant in the old part the atmosphere becomes convivial - The place is charming and full of history, especially if you sleep in the old part. Good restaurant. It is a familly run hotel and you get to meet the members (which are very nice people!). Nice decor and pool (especially when traveling in summer).

  We loved our stay at this Hotel Palace! Perfect, professional and very polite and helping staff. We had a wonderful room with a balcony and good view (standard). It was perfect, spotlessly clean, light, not noisy. They cleaned the room several times a day. It is very traditional, aristocratic classic hotel, with classic light interior at the same time with all the modern - The Hotel is beautiful,but there were very few large bath towels, no small wash clothes and no extra pillows. Also we checked in at 10:00 am and left our bags since our mini suites were not ready. We gave our passport copies, our credit cards and all info, but when we came back at 5 pm from sightseeing,our bags were still not brought to our rooms. We were 3 couples and were exhausted. They said they needed another signature before they could put the bags in the rooms. It was ridiculous since we

  We loved the hospitality of the host Estelle and her husband Joachim. They made us feel right at home and treated us like their own family.   eco friendly ; good design ; gourmet ; relax - Very little in truth. The beds were comfy and the rooms spacious. If we had been staying for longer and in the summer I am sure the pool and location would have been a big plus as it was the negatives overwhelm this property.
