  Everything about this hotel was just perfect. We were lucky enough to book a double room, as the hotel was fully booked. No wonder! When we arrived, the very polite staff answered our questions before we even asked them! They even provided us a list of the tapas we have to try, and also the recommended restaurants. The rooms were each beautifully and individually decorated with taste, a mini fridge, some with balconies, situated in the old and fun part of San Sebastián.   Fantastic hotel and owners! The beautiful small hotel is laying between two amazing natural parks (better to have a car). The hotel is perfect for people who like to hike and enjoy the quiet surroundings. The view from the large and luxurious rooms is spectacular! They also know a lot of the region, the history, the highlights and where to go. You can have a good breakfast and a delicious diner - This is my second time at the hotel and the owners were so lovely! I am vegetarian and they took care to prepare me special delicous vegetarian meals everyday! Kepa also showed me the vegetable patch this time. We were also invited to watch as he trimmed the sheep's coats!! The couple are really warm and welcoming. As always, the place is beautiful, a real gem :) Also renovations have been done so its bigger and nicer.

The staff are very nice and helpful.
