  Excellent location in a characterfull hotel. Couldn't believe it was so peaceful in the centre of the city..a little haven. Staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.They offered advice on trips, eating out, travel arrangements etc.Would definitely recommend and stay again - The huge spa bath!

  We were told when we arrived that our room had been upgraded to a suite - as you can see, off to a good start. The room was very posh and modern, everything in the room was functioning and clean, the staff were extremely friendly, and the breakfast buffet was great. The hotel is l - Loved the designer looks,staff friendly very helpful, even when they mistakenly put us in the wrong grade room they rectified the situation quickly and couldn't do enough to help make our stay comfortable and stress free,the terraces are great the balcony on our room was large,the free loan of bicycles added bonus.great location centre of Palma with lots of tapas and bars close by.

Beautiful minimal style room decor, very clean Gym facilities are perfect and we were the only two using the small gym each evening, with a smart tv to listen to the radio while we did! It was recently renovated, so everything is still new and shiny. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The rooms (with small kitchens) are very well equipped. There was even a dishwashing machine in my room which I have never seen in any other hotel. My room also had electric window blinds, large flat screen TV with surround sound bar and a subwoofer. The hotel has premium feel with clear Nordic/Swedish design style. Perfect location in central Palma.
