Excellent location in a characterfull hotel. Couldn't believe it was so peaceful in the centre of the city..a little haven. Staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.They offered advice on trips, eating out, travel arrangements etc.Would definitely recommend and stay again - The huge spa bath!

Loved the designer looks,staff friendly very helpful, even when they mistakenly put us in the wrong grade room they rectified the situation quickly and couldn't do enough to help make our stay comfortable and stress free,the terraces are great the balcony on our room was large,the free loan of bicycles added bonus.great location centre of Palma with lots of tapas and bars close by.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. It was recently renovated, so everything is still new and shiny. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The rooms (with small kitchens) are very well equipped. There was even a dishwashing machine in my room which I have never seen in any other hotel. My room also had electric window blinds, large flat screen TV with surround sound bar and a subwoofer. The hotel has premium feel with clear Nordic/Swedish design style. Perfect location in central Palma.

anniversary was an enjoyable one. The location..central for everything,
and yet very quiet. The room was light and bright, and cleverly
designed to maximise the space. The roof terrace...a great place to
relax with a book, and the view was incredible. Breakfast was
substantial and very good.

It's right in the old part of Palma de Mallorca, surrounded by good bars and restaurants, a short walk to the cathedral, a similarly short walk to smart shops, and handy to the yacht marina. The staff are wonderful, most helpful, the hotel is a little gem and I found everything I needed at St Lorenzo. I would recommend it to all as an authentic little hotel yet with all comforts. It is a little oasis in the busy city and convenient to everything. -
