Apartment was spacious and had 2 double bedrooms (1 en-suite), shower bathroom, kitchen, utility area, living / dining room (with double sofa bed), balcony and air conditioning.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 7 nights it was lovely and clean and the view was amzing loved waking up to the sound of the waves. There was everything you needed in the apartments and more if you asked. I forgot to take a hairdryer but one was provided when I called reception I then had it for the whole week. The location right on the beach was fantastic and close to all the central evening entertainment.
Apartments had lovely views and enough facilities to self cater for a week if you wanted to.
Beds were very comfortable with patio doors onto the balcony and a lovely big bathroom with plenty of clean towels.
We had breakfast at the hotel which was nice but did not have any other meal so cannot comment on food quality.
Overall, they are fantastic apartments and we would definitely recommend them .

Ottimo hotel, ottimi servizi a 5 minuti a piedi dal casco antiguo. - Good choice at breakfast and dinner. Pleasant bar with entertainment andreasonable drink prices. I have stayed at the Presidente several times. Always enjoy my stay as
the location is close to the beach and the Town centre. Rooms are clean
and tidy. Breakfast is of a good standard. -
This is a great hotel right in the centre of Benidorm. The food was lovely and the staff were really friendly. We will be back next year

Excellent location in the old town. Lovely room on 6th floor overlooking the beach, balcony was huge.
Reception staff were very helpful, food in cafe was lovely too. Looking forward to visiting again next summer . -
