How this hotel can only be a 2 star is beyond words. The location is fantastic , right in the heart of the beautiful old town. Although parking is not provided on site there are a couple of multi storey car parks close by. The hotels friendliness is wonderful. I stayed in the suite
which is the only room on the top floor and it was amazing. Spotless
clean, complimentary toiletries,
krupps coffee machine , laptop and
a huge bed ! Loved everything about
this hotel and will be returning ti

Loved everything about this hotel hence the reason i came home and re-booked another holiday the same day.The hotel is spotless clean,staff very friendly and helpfull,room very comfortable and the hotel very central for everything. Brilliant find and cant wait to get back -

The apartment was excellent. Great view across the bay, very well appointed, very clean & very comfortable. A great location close enough to the beach & other facilities whilst just far enough away from the noisier nightlife! Nice to lie by the quiet pool and still be able to hear the sea! You wont find a better self-catering facility this

No real reception. There was a problem on arrival. Either letsbookhotel.com
didn't confirm our booking or the apartments didn't make a note
of it. A Spainish guy made great efforts to help, but communication was
a problem. His English was as good as my Spanish. Then a German guy,
Ivan (Manager??) sorted it and from then on all was excellent.

The views are superb. The staff are exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The food and wines are excellent. The rooms extremely comfortable and luxurious. The hotel is an oasis of calm and comfort. -

Everything. Staff are very friendly, breakfast was great, the rooms are
all newly decorated, very clean and modern. We had a tiny problem with
one of the toilets being slightly blocked in one of the two rooms, which
did not even need too much fixing but they insisted that it was not

The hotel was perfect, spotlessly clean and modern.There was even a fridge and safe (free) in the room.The staff were very friendly and helpful. The price was amazing for the quality of the Hotel. There were shops, bars, cafes and restaurants nearby but it was very quiet during the night.The beach was also nearby. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of things to eat and drink. Would definately go back and would also recommend .

The hotel it's self was excellent . The room spacious with plenty of
room to move around in a wheelchair .the only bad thing was I could not
shower in there . But hey it's a week so can always manage to get
washed somehow. I cannot say enough good things about the staff they
could not do enough for us. Next time I am in benidorm this is the first

We have stayed here several times,we live in Spain about an hour away, so it is great for us to drive there, put the car away and enjoy a relaxing break. The food is excellent and the staff are superb. Happy to give us a requested room if possible. Would highly recommend this hotel and will be back again .
