  The staff are very welcoming and all speak very good English. The rooms are spotless and cleaned every day and have lovely big balconies. Complimentary soap, shampoo and shower gel were provided and refilled throughout our stay. Breakfast was a choice of English or Continental and was all freshly made. You will find bars, s - Very clean and friendly staff and cheap. We wanted a one night stay and many Benidorm hotels do not do that. We would stay again but in a different room. We were going to the Benidorm Palace so it was handy location for us. Very good breakfast looking out to the pool not like in some hotels where the breakfast room is in the cellar with no windows.

  the size of the hotel was good, no problems with lift. The staff were very friendly, the food was always hot and restaurant staff first class - Well located, clean and friendly.
