We went to this hotel 2 years ago. They made a mistake with our booking so when I complained about it, the Manager of the hotel agreed to meet me and he gave us a room upgrade for free. The Food is top quality with a great variety and the staff cannot do enough to help you specially if you are travelling with small children. The rooms are very spa

Apartment was spacious and had 2 double bedrooms (1 en-suite), shower bathroom, kitchen, utility area, living / dining room (with double sofa bed), balcony and air conditioning.

The hotel it's self was excellent . The room spacious with plenty of
room to move around in a wheelchair .the only bad thing was I could not
shower in there . But hey it's a week so can always manage to get
washed somehow. I cannot say enough good things about the staff they
could not do enough for us. Next time I am in benidorm this is the first

We have stayed here several times,we live in Spain about an hour away, so it is great for us to drive there, put the car away and enjoy a relaxing break. The food is excellent and the staff are superb. Happy to give us a requested room if possible. Would highly recommend this hotel and will be back again .

We liked everything about the apartment. Very clean and the beds were
extremely comfortable. Although we didn't use it it was great having
a utility room with washing machine etc. The glassed in balcony was

... cosa dice la gente » n very friendly and there to help- not that we have needed them. i have always felt very happy here. - i have been going here since i was young and every time we go to benidorm we go to les dunes because it is a very nice place to be. the swimming pool is lovely, especially when the cover is over because the water is really warm and the heat meets you as you walk in. les dunes is surrounded by things to do and is very convienent. the beach is just yards away and is well kept.

i could not belive how big the room was with 5 beds it was great value for money - When I booked in they didnt have my reservation as there are 2 apartments with similar names from the same company. They might want to look into that as I had to wait 30 minutes to get it resolved.
