Ver friendly staff throughout our 5 day stay. Good standard rooms with ensuite, aircon, blclony and high security door locks.
Ver clean, cleaners came every morning and offered towels when we were still in bed and unable to let them in.

The staff were excellent - particularly Christine who works the late shift in the bar and reception. She gave us great tips of where to drive to on the island and was always smiling and friendly. The layout of the apartments was really good, there was plenty of room and a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. The location was perfect - within walking distance of Evissa and all the clubs and pubs in Playa Den Bossa.

I was pleasantly surprised by the price/quality ratio - this hotel is a very good value for money. Apartments are clean and spacious with good furtinure and all the kitchen essentials. Location is also great - 5min walk to the beach but on a quiet street so that you can have a break from music and drunken crowds. Sankeys is just outside the hotel, Space and Ushuaia are 20min walk away, Discobus stop is 15min away. The pool is nice. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is also qui

The Hotel staff were so kind and welcoming upon arrival and so helpful throughout our stay, anything we required or needed help with they were there - Service like no other! We would definitely go back in a heartbeat and recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the heart of Ibiza! -

This is our second year running at Arlanza. Last year we had two apartments, this year just the one.
The place isn't luxury but don't let this put you off. It's clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful, they changed the towels at least 5 of the 7 days. The apartments are spacious, the pool is clean, there's a restaurant and a bar.
