  Ver friendly staff throughout our 5 day stay. Good standard rooms with ensuite, aircon, blclony and high security door locks. Ver clean, cleaners came every morning and offered towels when we were still in bed and unable to let them in. Great pool with plenty of free sun loungers and a few steps down onto the beach. Food in the are was expensive a - The staff were excellent - particularly Christine who works the late shift in the bar and reception. She gave us great tips of where to drive to on the island and was always smiling and friendly. The layout of the apartments was really good, there was plenty of room and a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. The location was perfect - within walking distance of Evissa and all the clubs and pubs in Playa Den Bossa.

Location is also great - 5min walk to the beach but on a quiet street so that you can have a break from music and drunken crowds.   This is our second year running at Arlanza. Last year we had two apartments, this year just the one. The place isn't luxury but don't let this put you off. It's clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful, they changed the towels at least 5 of the 7 days. The apartments are spacious, the pool is clean, there's a restaurant and a bar.
