The hotel was central to the town,so everything was at hand.
It genuinely didn't feel like a hotel.
It felt very homely.
The hotel itself has been in the family for over 100 years and the Manager (who speaks great English)and his wife are two of the most friendly,helpful hotel owners that I have come across.
Nothing is a problem -

This very small hotel has 3 rooms on the second floor and a very good
restaurant on the first floor. It is great value for the cost. It is
located very near the town center. We left our rental car parked and
walked everywhere we went the two days of our stay.

Hotel Europa is a very nice, budget hotel in Girona. It is a couple of blocks from the train station, and within 15 minutes walking distance of the major tourist destinations in Girona. The thing I liked best about Hotel Europa was the gentlemen at the desk. They were very helpful with a rental car issue I had. I would have been lost without their help.

The beds were comfy ( we had a double and a pull down), room spacious enough and the shower was great. The breakfast was great- continental and a good selectiof cheese.meats and pastries etc. The staff were helpful and polite and the location was fine-the pensione was central to the Old town. I travelled with my 72 years old mum and my 18 year old daughter, and this met our needs!
