  I have the good fortune to stay in upmarket accommodation when travelling on business and also possess a rather critical nature, and so it feels strange for me to award the Teremok a 'straight ten' rating, but I really do struggle to say anything but praise. I immediately received a call advising me of the misplaced wallet. I received everything in good order, nobody had tampered with the contents. I'm still highly appreciative of the staff for their efficiency and integrity! I also highly appreciated the buffett at Saffron Restaurant!

  Classy, lovely finishes. Great service from staff. Our 7 year old really wanted pancakes for supper. Our waitress asked the pastry chef, who sent out 6 delicious pancakes with syrup - which we all devoured! - Friendly professional greeting in the car park, reception was quick.
