Went out of her way for my gluten free and also presented me with a beautiful card and gift for my birthday. The self catering was well provided for and every day we were given clean towels. Even beach towels in a beach bag were available for our use.

  The kindness and help,support of ALL staff. Absolutely the best hotel we have ever stayed at including all other " One & Only". we really liked it !!!
