From the moment we arrived the staff were attentive, friendly and all our needs catered for in such an authentic meaningful manner. Our 3 nights and busy game drives were beyond our wildest dreams. Great balie for money with fantastic staff on this small size resort with only 8 rooms.
Good game drives with your own ranger and tracker. Do moet that all Mels are included in the price as are the game drives, the optional picknick and walking safari's with your tracker.
I'd recommend Pondoro to any one enjoying good game drives good food and relaxing in luxury

Very relaxing country atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I ahve to mention Jacob and Trudy who made an impression even with our young children. I'd recommend that the hotel management to recognise them as true assets. We'll definetely be back! -

Location and proximity to amenities in and around Tzaneen is excellent. Staff are very supportive and efficient. A quick pop over to Crawdaddy's is a must with good food and service. -

We stayed here for 2 nights. Yvonne and Gerard are great hosts, and a bit quirky. Gerard can tell you everything you ever wanted to know about South African car licence plates. The lodge itself is very cozy, with a bush decor. It's very clean, and housekeeping was in our room twice a day, including in the evening to put a chocolate on our pillow before bedtime.
