  Buffet dinner and breakfast excellent Location was perfect because I viewed Nelson Mandela Staff were very kind and helpful with directions and process of Mandela's Viewing and they accomodated my checking out a little later - The friendly, polite, helpful staff. Cleanliness.

  Very good location, friendly welcome. The hotel is a boutique hotel and far away in many ways from any 5* Hotel in Gauteng. Yes, the rooms are decorated, but slightly over done, a more subtle deco would do much better and reach more people! The light mechanisms is a pur night mare, dimmer and not even the staff knew how to operate! The bed was gre... cosa dice la gente » at so! - We arrived quite late, but Ernesto was very friendly and had everything ready for us. Our room and bathroom was clean, housekeeping staff very friendly and helpful. The blackout curtains were appreciated! Even though we were next to diningroom we did not hear any noise. Coffee machine in diningroom was great.
