  Great, helpful staff Good restaurant Large, comfortable room Very handy, easily booked and flexible shuttle bus - I enjoyed the fact that I was close to the Joy of Jazz venues and that Mapungubwe offered shuttle services.

  stay very friendly, assist you with everything you like right away and even though it is a big hotel, it has a very comforting atmosphere and you will be even welcomed and assisted by the hotels director itself! All in all it is a beautiful hotel but I think some of the interior in the reception area could be more tastefully decorated. The room/bathroom was also a bit bare. Great venue and space.
