  We have never seen a hotel like this, everything was really wonderful. Upon our arrival we were even upgraded (for no additional costs!!) to a Luxury Suite. The offered us a room at another hotel, and eventually they arranged that we could stay in the original hotel but in a larger room than booked.

It was also situated near to the cental area. We arrived early and they looked after our luggage until the room was ready.
