Amazing staff. Could not have asked for anything more during a difficult business trip. Suites are spotlessly clean. Centrally located. Great tips on where to find take-always at all times of the day or night. They offer a great privately owned Cab service. Thusane, one of the drivers is great, and will safely get you to wherever you need to go to

The centrally located apartments make it easy to access all shopping malls & most offices. The staff were friendly & very welcoming. Check in was smooth. The ambience & decor were amazing, real value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. I also liked the tight security aspect of it. I felt safe there with my family.

when booking because of the bank down time and they still allowed me
to finalize the booking after a lot of back and forth.

The 2 bedroom apartment was exactly what we expected it to be like and more. The view was great, the rooms where perfect. Very trendy and makes you feel like you are living th good life.

stay very friendly, assist you with everything you like right away and even though it is a big hotel, it has a very comforting atmosphere and you will be even welcomed and assisted by the hotels director itself! Definitely again.
The roof bar on the 15th floor with a 360 degree view over Johannesburg is just amazing... -

Beautiful set up, big room, good wifi. Hosts extremely friendly - making a big difference to the experience. Nice idea of bringing all guests together during dinner (if one chooses this option) - opportunity to meet new people. Very good dinner. -

Everything has been said before, no need to repeat it all again. It was a pleasure to stay, with everybody doing their all to make our stay as enjoyable and as seamless as possible, especially the managers Danny and Dimitri. A few things to note, breakfast IS included in the price, not immediately obvious on the website. Also, WIFI was being extended to all rooms as I left, it just gets better and better:-) Please ask for Danny's express check-out service when leaving. Highly Recommended..!!

Really Glad we chose Genesis. Felt very secure. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Could leave our extra luggage there for 3 weeks Securely while we toured Botswana then returned for another stay. Safe parking for guests. Wi-fi at restaurant. Great location, supermarket downstairs. Airport taxi organised for us. Everything was fantastic !! -

I loved the roominess and airiness of the apartment/room I had. It
was clean, well furnished and whatever didnt work well was replaced
quickly. The room was a bit cold especially the tiled floors but the bed
did have an electric blanket and another portable heater. More stuff

This apartment hotel is highly recommended. Homely, friendly atmosphere, access to the garden and self-contained, comfortable units.
I was a solo traveller, and had a two-bedroom unit which could sleep four persons. It is ideal for independence and self-catering as required. A taxi service is available all the time. The staff are very accommodating especially at reception.

Extremely warm hospitality, natural setting and the relaxing atmosphere it offers.
Mr Gerard the owner, is personally involved in ensuring the comfort and enjoyment of the guests and it rubs on to the whole staff. We were overwhelmed by his attention at the Breakfast whence he personally made and offered the best Cupachino Coffee from a special Coffee maker.

Kettle in room. Helpful staff allowed me a coffee & croissant in the
bar rather than spending 180 rand for a breakfast I didn't want.
Excellent lighting - at last a chain which appreciates people want
decent light to live by. Good shower overhead and hand held. Can open
windows. Very near Gautrain station and Sandton square and safe to walk.

Very helpful friendly staff made everyone feel relaxed & welcome. Very clean & professional. Excellent breakfast was good value with plenty of choice. Impressed that they had kids TV in the dining room at breakfast time helping parents enjoy a relaxed breakfast.
