when booking because of the bank down time and they still allowed me
to finalize the booking after a lot of back and forth.

The 2 bedroom apartment was exactly what we expected it to be like and more. The view was great, the rooms where perfect. Very trendy and makes you feel like you are living th good life.

I journeyed almost five months through SA. Everything has been said before, no need to repeat it all again. It was a pleasure to stay, with everybody doing their all to make our stay as enjoyable and as seamless as possible, especially the managers Danny and Dimitri. A few things to note, breakfast IS included in the price, not immediately obvious on the website. Also, WIFI was being extended to all rooms as I left, it just gets better and better:-) Please ask for Danny's express check-out service when leaving. Highly Recommended..!!

Very helpful friendly staff made everyone feel relaxed & welcome. Very clean & professional. Excellent breakfast was good value with plenty of choice. Impressed that they had kids TV in the dining room at breakfast time helping parents enjoy a relaxed breakfast.

The staff was spectacularly attentive. They tried to adopt my 6 month old son and promptly set up a cot for him in our room. Our friend's room had a missing shower head and within minutes of arriving in his room, he received a call inquiring about the plumbing and moving him to another room. A friend booked me into Claires for which I shall be eternally grateful. Hospitality just doesn’t get much better. From the moment we made our booking through to our departure the service was excellent. Our room was comfortable and clean with those little extras that make all the difference. I enjoyed the large shower with a strong spray, the super comfy bed and the top quality coffee. My partner was on a working holiday and he appreciated the fast and reliable wifi (he was even able to use it by the pool!) and the easy drive to Sandton. We had breakfast in the beautiful garden and dinner at a local restaur
