  We had a fantastic stay at the Residence. After a rough 12-day-trip through Botswana, we were delighted with the overwhelming luxurous feeling of this hotel. The staff is very friendly, their personal touch and attention for meticulous details makes it one of the best hotels we've stayed in. I could hardly expect more from a city hotel.

  We only used this place to start our trip through South-Afrika. It has lots of nice stuff to do for it's guest. A nice big jacuzzi, pooltable, sauna, you name it. It has a nice small colony of birds in de garden that you can feed. We had the little cabin in the garden which had a very nice shower and a great feel to it. Great breakfast. Easy cheap shuttle to airport. Good price, facilities and location. Obliging staff.
