  The pictures are as you find it. A beautiful boutique hotel. We had room 11 for a full week, which was a huge apartment with a big patio outside overlooking the pool and garden. It had a giant four poster bed, comfy and clean. There was a lovely relaxed atmosphere about the place. The staff were always courteous and polite.   We had a fantastic stay at the Residence. After a rough 12-day-trip through Botswana, we were delighted with the overwhelming luxurous feeling of this hotel. The staff is very friendly, their personal touch and attention for meticulous details makes it one of the best hotels we've stayed in. I could hardly expect more from a city hotel.
