We had a fantastic stay at the Residence. After a rough 12-day-trip through Botswana, we were delighted with the overwhelming luxurous feeling of this hotel. The staff is very friendly, their personal touch and attention for meticulous details makes it one of the best hotels we've stayed in.

Excellent airport pick-up service. Welcoming arrival, some nice tea served. Good selection of food and quality dining facilities. Decorative elements, attached to details. Beautiful, spacious rooms, with lots of innovative pleasant details. Discrete atmosphere. Family run hotel feeling. I could hardly expect more from a city hotel.

Stayed at this hotel for two days with my husband and baby. We arrived very early for check-in, and our room was not ready. We anticipated this, and just wanted to drop our bags off in the meantime. However, the staff decided to upgrade our room without us even asking! We went from a premier room to a luxury room with an early check-in to boot. Th

We only stayed for one night, but I can asure you that everything we experienced from check-in upto departure was just perfect. Just a pity we did not get to play golf though, but our time was limited. We will definately return again!!!

I very much enjoyed the professionalism of staff, the nothing is too much trouble attitude was found from check in through the whole experience.
I appreciated the quality of food (breakfast menu was first rate).
The Room Service was attentive and courteous at all times.

I thoroughly enjoyed breakfast at this hotel. The staff at the hotel were truly exceptional. I quite liked the chambermaid checking in the evening to turn the beddings, drop off a box chocolate and ask if you have additional needs such as additional bottles of water.
Put simply, a hotel in a class of its own.
