Amazing staff. Could not have asked for anything more during a difficult business trip. Suites are spotlessly clean. Centrally located. Great tips on where to find take-always at all times of the day or night. They offer a great privately owned Cab service. Thusane, one of the drivers is great, and will safely get you to wherever you need to go to

The centrally located apartments make it easy to access all shopping malls & most offices. The staff were friendly & very welcoming. Check in was smooth. The ambience & decor were amazing, real value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. I also liked the tight security aspect of it. I felt safe there with my family.

Really Glad we chose Genesis. Felt very secure. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Could leave our extra luggage there for 3 weeks Securely while we toured Botswana then returned for another stay. Safe parking for guests. Wi-fi at restaurant. Great location, supermarket downstairs. Airport taxi organised for us. Everything was fantastic !! -

Helpful staff. Great location, beautifully clean units, free wi-fi at restaurant, handy supermarkets downstairs. Airport taxi organised.

bar rather than spending 180 rand for a breakfast I didn't want.
Excellent lighting - at last a chain which appreciates people want
decent light to live by. Good shower overhead and hand held. Can open
windows. Very near Gautrain station and Sandton square and safe to walk.

Very helpful friendly staff made everyone feel relaxed & welcome. Very clean & professional. Excellent breakfast was good value with plenty of choice. Impressed that they had kids TV in the dining room at breakfast time helping parents enjoy a relaxed breakfast.

The staff was spectacularly attentive. They tried to adopt my 6 month old son and promptly set up a cot for him in our room. Our friend's room had a missing shower head and within minutes of arriving in his room, he received a call inquiring about the plumbing and moving him to another room. Friendly staff. Made us feel very welcome. Got very special treatment (Hedre Badenhorst) when accidently found out that it was my husbands birthday - did not expect it from a city hotel! Overall great location, close to Sandton City for shopping. Price good compared to other hotels in area. Also good security system - felt safe. Will recommend a

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Both the bar and the room service is very good. But the best thing about this hotel is because of the team that is very helpful and proactive. My wife and I just got married and when we returned from a walk, the manager Bettina had left the room filled with rose petals, chocolates and bath items. We love it!

We only used this place to start our trip through South-Afrika.
It has lots of nice stuff to do for it's guest. A nice big jacuzzi, pooltable, sauna, you name it. It has a nice small colony of birds in de garden that you can feed. We had the little cabin in the garden which had a very nice shower and a great feel to it.

Very clean and comfortable and over- the-top spacious. Everything a family would need for an extended stay (except a wine corkscrew). Great breakfast. Easy cheap shuttle to airport. Good price, facilities and location. Obliging staff.

I like the location near Wits univ. The garden with the sculptors is beautiful and it is nice to sit on the deck for something to eat and drink. The history of the hotel is very interesting. - Comfortable and clean rooms. Good Breakfast.
