  We stayed in the Penthouse Suite for 3 nights. The stunning view from our windows and balcony were spectacular and encompassed Table Mountain behind and the bay in front. The suite was comfortable and clean, with tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge which was very useful for wine/water. The rooms also had air conditioning for those very hot... cosa dice la gente » days/nights. The cooked breakfasts were very good (made to order), and the fruit salad was especially tasty! The honesty bar was a very good idea, a - The whole experience from the welcome at the gate followed by a cold beer and suggestions for eating and excursions to the checkout arrangements that included the opportunity to shower and change before heading off to the airport was great. All these little touches made for a very relaxing stay at the end of almost a month toruing South Africa. We stayed in the Pool Room with its own outside sitting area.   Very friendly owner who cooks a lovely breakfast (included in the price). Very comfortable, large double bed. Close to the bus route to the Waterfront (note: cash not accepted - travel card required) and local restaurants. - Everything worked, the place, the people, the comfort and convenience. A pleasant experience.

  We have never seen a hotel like this, everything was really wonderful. Upon our arrival we were even upgraded (for no additional costs!!) to a Luxury Suite. The stuff was really helpful and very pleasant, rooms and bathrooms were very clean and very spacious. The hotel is situated right in the city centre, just 2-minute walk from Long Street. Also, the hotel arranges airport transfers and the guy who was - The willingness of the staff to find solutions to problems. Our reservation had somehow not come through correctly via letsbookhotel.com and they did not have any rooms left. The offered us a room at another hotel, and eventually they arranged that we could stay in the original hotel but in a larger room than booked.
