  The kindness and help,support of ALL staff. Absolutely the best hotel we have ever stayed at including all other " One & Only". we really liked it !!! Strongly recommend the hotel to all !!! - Staff were outstanding; loved the unique scent menus; food was excellent; special occasion and they made sure they acknowledged it!

  I usually stay at the Waterfront and only chose the Taj out of neccesity because everyone else was full with Argus bookings. I was very pleasantly surprised. This is an excellent 5 star hotel at a fraction of the cost of some competitors. The city location is vibrant and interesting.   From the minute we arrived the service was impecable our car was parked no fuss, we were early for the book in but were offered a complimentary beverage whilst waiting and the pleasant surprise we were upgraded to a larger famiy room with the best mountain view ever the convenience of being connected to the shopping mall is also a plus the room ... cosa dice la gente » service was quick and the staff friendly the room amenities were great and the reataurants were out of this world....then breakfast came the buffet se - We were overnighting prior to a long flight the next day to Dubai/Kabul. This could not have been a nicer stay. Car parked, check in seamless, room very nice. Our view was an ocean view which was great. The convenience to the waterfront activities and shopping was excellent. Late night coffee and cake in front of the fireplace was superb. The breakfast buffet was possibly the best we have had, just fabulous. Staff were all on their game, excellent service.

  A well run hotel conveniently located in a quieter part of Sea View. The suites are modern and tastefully decorated although the bedrooms are smaller than the living room area.We also enjoyed a nice sized balcony overlooking the pool and with a sea view. I would like to return for a longer stay. - The staff were friendly,courteous and efficient without being intrusive. They went beyond the call of duty to assist.   We stayed for 6 nights in 'deluxe one-bedroom suite with living area'. The hotel location is at the centre of the city, European design hotel and very comfortable and clean. We had a spacious one bedroom with dining-living room area and kitchen facilities (microwave,oven, washer-dryer); and very nice two-sides view. The free internet access (1024 MB) given to us was enough for the whole stay since w - First class luxury at a reasonable price. All four of us agreed this was the best hotel we ever stayed at. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful from the doormen to the concierge to the drivers. The 1800 restaurant had delicious food for dinner.
