I have stayed at 100's of hotels....some were 5 stars and some were 2 stars...in my opinion the stars dont matter...all that matters is that this is one of the nicest hotel/resorts I have stayed at...thankyou to the staff for making my stay soo enjoyable... :) -

Generally staff were very attentive and indeed in one of the restaurants the staff ensured a very personal and welcoming experience. The Aum spa was beautiful. We had a 4 hour indulgence package - simply beautiful! If you just want a bit of pampering and total relaxation, this may be the holiday destination for you. -

Beach area small but well kept and water v warm! Able to book just a short snorkel at reef next door - lots of beautiful fish and coral - can also book longer scuba trips. Concierge v helpful planning excursions. Room v comfortable, though view was only of other hotel tower. Restaurant and breakfast buffet food tasty and varied. Would recommen

The resort was wonderful with friendly and helpful staff. The area around the pool and the sea was clean, well staffed and it was very pleasant to sit and relax under the trees. The very late check in was no problem. There are also a few good restaurants close to the hotel.

A really nice resort. The room was a nice design and well equipped and the staff are excellent. The food in the resort was great. Its not cheap food. The price is higher than average but so is the quality. We had 4 nights and never left the resort the whole time. Check the happy hour jugs of cocktails 5pm-6pm! The Mohito is tops.

If your looking for a great place to experience a super typhoon then Costabella is the place for you. I could not believe that they did not miss a beat even during the storm. Nothing like enjoying their fanastic breakfast buffet with 90 kph winds blowing outside. The place was back to normal the day after the storm. I can not say enough about the outstanding service from the entire staff and I will certainly be back with my family just not during typhoon season! :)
