Gorgeous location!
Booked the apartment that had 5 beds and it was very spacious and well laid out. This was the best hotel we stayed at during our 22 day trip through Ecuador & Peru!

The staff was really nice and cool. Also the room was really clean and very comfortable. The location was good too! Actually my brother's leg had a problem so we had to get a crutch but we didn't know where we could get it so the owner and staffs helped us finally we could get it. thank you so much!! we still use the crutch really well : ) .
Anyway I highly recommend this hostal. Everything was perfect. !!!

1. Friendly and efficient staff: Katherine pick us up from train station to the guesthouse, she also explained places to go in Cuzco and helped us booked taxi to train station to Machu Picchu and airport. The lady who cooked breakfast for us and took care of our laundry was nice.

Everything was superb at Palacio del Inka. First off, when we arrived the front desk upgraded us from our booked room to a Junior Suite which included a balcony on the courtyard. After an incident with our laundry, the hotel management did everything to make up for the mistake. Our impression of the hotel and its staff and management was already very good before this incident but the highly professional and courteous way how our complaint was handled was simply amazing. The service mentality of the staff and management of this hotel is certainly world class and should be a benchmark for many other hotels which call themselves luxury hotels.

Very nice and comfortable hotel, a quick 10 min walk way from the Plaza del Armes. The staff is friendly and helpful. The shower is awesome with great volume and water pressure! Very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

This is a great family run establishment, with extremely friendly and helpful staff. It is a beautiful old colonial building, with stunning views over Cusco. Location is 2 blocks from Plaza de las Armas, so everything you need is within easy walking distance - great cafes and restaurants, all major tourist sites, Peru Rail etc. Very easy to catch

The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated and the view was amazing! I would recommend this stay to anyone. Best deal in town. The breakfast was great. They give you much good food and do not advertise it. They gave us a delicious large breakfast of eggs, muesli, bread, coffee and yogurt. The bed linens were good quality and very warm. Hair driers came in all the rooms.

The staff was very friendly and helpful,we loved the cup of coca leaf tea we were welcomed with on arrival. The room comfortable,spacious clean, the shower was not cramped.Location perfect 5 minutes walk to the central square (coming back longer because it is uphilll and the altitude makes uphill harder.
