Everything was superb at Palacio del Inka. First off, when we arrived the front desk upgraded us from our booked room to a Junior Suite which included a balcony on the courtyard. The hotel is stunning and the rooms just as much. The walls were beautifully hand-painted and had a great art collection. The staff was amazingly helpful especially E

After an incident with our laundry, the hotel management did everything to make up for the mistake. Our impression of the hotel and its staff and management was already very good before this incident but the highly professional and courteous way how our complaint was handled was simply amazing. The service mentality of the staff and management of this hotel is certainly world class and should be a benchmark for many other hotels which call themselves luxury hotels.

Torre Dorada was a great find at the end of our long trip to South America. It is very close to the historical part of Cusco and they even provide free shuttle to the main square and back as well as pick up and drop off at the airport. The breakfast buffet was fresh and plentiful. Very clean rooms and a comfy bed.

Our apartment on the top floor was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient and quiet. The breakfast was good and had a variety of items to choose from. We stayed 5 nights and would recommend this hotel to others.

Excellent location, two blocks away from Plaza de Armas. Quiet,
excellent service the staff is very polite and cordial. The first room I
had for the first three nights was nice. The last room I stayed upon my
return from Machu Picchu was fabulous. Breakfast was good and I only
dined once, but "el Tiradito de Trucha" (trout) was one of the
best that I've had. Highly recommend this hotel. Also if you need a
reliable and patient driver ask the hotel for Hernan Tito, he'll
take you everywhere priva
