  This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel/motel, and on both occasions we have been very pleased with the room and the service. The free parking and shuttle to and from the airport is a significant bonus. We'll be staying again in September. Early reviews should be disregarded. The present reality exhibits none of the problems mentioned... cosa dice la gente » previously. - I loved the people/staff they were really helpful and friendly although I had a little trouble understanding their accent at times, they really took the stress out of getting to and fro the airport and were very accomodating with parking even though it was in short supply. Also a cot was there all ready for our infant that I had e-mailed and inquired about.

  Older motel but very clean and excellent beds. Close to Denny's for breakfast or it had refrigerator, microwave and hot plate with dishes in the room. Great place to stay if on a budget. - liked that I could walk to everywhere i needed to go! And that is was so close to the airport but no plane noise.   We had our room upgraded to one of the newer suites. We are so thankful for that. It was amazing - especially the shower!!! Coffee was great, selection of teas also. Comfort all round. OUTSTANDING. Better than the inner city hotels we have stayed in. The room was clean (if a little dated) and roomy enough for two of us. it was close to the motor way but we couldn't hear anything. Easy to find and (very good for auckland) free on-site parking.
