Upon arrival, the receptionist provided us with a map of the city and also recommended a selection of places to go out for drinks, where to eat and how to get around. We have never experienced such excellent customer service - Turning left out of the central train station, it's an easy 5-minute walk away. Although the room was not especially large, with one queen bed it did not feel at all cramped.   The cleaning attendant did a superb job in the daily clean up of the room. The hotel staff were also quite friendly and appreciative. I would definitely go back there if i visit Rotterdam. - I liked the breakfast. it was humble, but sincere. The staff of the hotel was kind. The room was spacious.
